The rooms confirmed per reservation request shall be made available for occupancy at 2:00P.M on the scheduled day of arrival. Standard check-out time is at 12:00 noon.

Booking cancellation	Cancellation 5 days before arrival no charge. Cancellation 3 days before arrival: 50% percent charged. No show—100% charged. FORCE MAJEURE. The hotel shall not be held liable for cancellation of bookings and shortened stays because of force majeure/acts of God or conditions beyond the hotel’s control, which includes floods, earthquakes, explosions, fire, civil disobedience, war, and epidemic/pandemic. The same-day reservation is required to pay thru bank transfer upon receiving the booking confirmation. If payment is not received from the bank after confirmation, the booking will be automatically canceled.
